Sagar is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS) and holds an MBA in Construction Project Management from the RICS School of Built Environment. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator, Domestic Energy Assessor, and Retrofit Assessor. His additional credentials include quality management auditing and project governance qualifications, equipping him with a robust skill set to lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure accountability across all stages of delivery.

Sagar Dubey brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in the built environment sector. His work spans retrofit project delivery, construction project management, quality assurance, and environmental compliance, with a strong focus on sustainable practices and regulatory standards. Under his leadership, Ecovalor has become a reliable consultancy delivering energy efficiency improvements to existing buildings, particularly under government-supported retrofit schemes.

Sagar has played a central role in the planning and execution of a wide range of domestic retrofit measures, including solar photovoltaic systems, air source heat pumps, external and internal wall insulation, loft insulation, boiler upgrades, and heating control systems. He oversees the full retrofit process, from assessment and coordination to final installation and compliance verification, ensuring each project aligns with funding criteria and contributes meaningfully to long-term carbon reduction goals.

His career also includes significant contributions to infrastructure projects across sectors such as hydroelectric power, solar energy, irrigation, and urban rail transport. Whether acting as consultant, contractor, or client representative, he has consistently delivered complex projects to high technical standards, on time and within regulatory frameworks.
